Optimized at cost and yet fast, the light-sensitive rolling shutter sensor IMX290 from the Sony STARVIS series with BSI technology ("back-side-illumination") impresses with outstanding image quality with precise color separation and ensures true-to-original image reproduction even under poor or unsteady lighting conditions. With its very high sensitivity in the near infrared range, the sensor in the USB3 Vision industrial camera U3-3860SE is an attractive alternative to special NIR cameras - with a frame rate of up to 135 fps at 2.12 MPix (1936 x 1096 px). The small 1/3" sensor format offers a wide selection of cost-effective lenses.

The U3-3860SE is a small all-rounder in the 2 MP rolling shutter industrial camera class. With line scan mode and long-time exposure of up to 120.0 s, it is suitable for almost any application.

The U3-3860SE is available in both monochrome and color variants.

This camera model is supported by IDS Vision firmware 2.0 and higher.
