Successful restart for the VISION machine vision trade fair

VISION Stuttgart exceeded expectations

With around 300 exhibitors and over 5400 visitors, the trade fair had a pleasing new start after a three-year break. We are positively surprised about the successful course of this year's VISION and grateful for many stimulating, personal encounters. "There was a real sense of enthusiasm," states Oliver Senghaas, Head of Marketing at IDS.

"The fair far exceeded our expectations," says IDS owner Jürgen Hartmann, who is also very satisfied. In fact, the number of visitors to the IDS stand has even increased significantly. "We had many good discussions about concrete projects."

Image processing with AI was one of the trend topics at the fair. The IDS NXT Experience Kit, which offers an entry into this technology at an obviously very attractive price-performance ratio under the keyword "AI without prior knowledge", therefore received particularly high attention among the new products.

In the 3D camera segment, which continues to grow strongly, our new Ensenso S camera family meets with high demand; here it paves the way for cost-sensitive, higher-volume projects.

Our new uEye Warp10 camera platform, which features large-format sensors up to 45 MP, also received much praise.
