uEye SCP: Your new "stream team"
Industrial cameras for streaming, monitoring and event recording
Are you really willing to open the machine every time to check whether the components are interacting properly or whether there is any wear? Surely not! It is much easier to monitor the situation by using a camera. Although consumer models are widely available, they do have their risks: they are usually only available for a limited time and spare parts are often difficult to get hold of. This is where our new uEye Live camera series comes in.
These GigE industrial cameras are designed for standalone operation. In addition to easy access via a web frontend (HTTP), users benefit from video streaming (MJPEG, H264), hardware-accelerated video encoding and event-based recording in the camera memory. This means that when an incident occurs, the cameras provide a useful "window into the past".
We are soon going to offer you the first model of the new series – a uEye SCP with the 8.3 MP sensor IMX678. Thanks to Sony Starvis 2 technology and an integrated ISP, the 29x29x29 mm camera delivers top image quality.
Series production of the uEye SCP will start at the end of January 2025. The first boardlevel model will follow shortly afterwards.
