Description of all supported Vision features
What is made possible by English as a world language, is made possible by the machine vision interface standard for hardware and software from a wide variety of manufacturers. Just as people of different origins communicate through a common language, cameras and software which speak Vision can understand each other across manufacturer boundaries.
Our IDS Vision cameras also speak and understand Vision, which is why we have now released an overview of all Vision functions supported by our GigE Vision cameras.
It contains not only the standard functions of the GenICam SFNC (Standard Features Naming Convention) supported by IDS GigE Vision cameras, but also a description of the additional IDS own functions based on the standard.
