Product preview: uEye+ XCP camera with powerful 5 MP Sony sensor
Budget-friendly, Vision Standard-compliant product line with USB3 to be expanded in autumn
The industrial camera family uEye XCP of our Vision Standard-compliant uEye+ product line is being further expanded - featuring a highly interesting sensor that we are including in our range for the first time. The Global Shutter IMX568 from the fourth generation of Sony Pregius sensors features high sensitivity, low noise and excellent dynamic range.
The new 5 MP industrial camera will seamlessly join the current models with 2.3 and 5 MP onsemi sensors as well as the variants with 8.4 MP Sony sensor IMX415 and the 5 MP onsemi NIR sensor AR0522. The series release is scheduled for November.
uEye XCP cameras are available with a fully enclosed zinc die-cast housing measuring just 29 x 29 x 17 mm (W/H/L). Thanks to the space-saving, cost-optimised design, they are suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial image processing, for analysis tasks in the laboratory or, for example, in cooperation with robots for operations in the automation environment.
