Mitsubishi Electric certifies Ensenso N35 as standard 3D camera
Ensenso N35 is now integrated in MELFA-3D Vision 3.0 - Plug&Play for bulk material picking
The Ensenso N35 3D camera is now certified as standard for Mitsubishi Electric MELFA-3D Vision 3.0. This is a software for 3D vision sensors for small robots that detects parts of small size at high speed and measurement accuracy. With this, high-speed picking of bulk goods is possible, for example.
Thanks to the certification, software and camera models of the Ensenso N35 series can be connected quickly and easily. The small dimensions and low weight of the 3D cameras enable flexible robotic system configuration, providing an ideal solution for space-critical applications.
By changing the working distance and field of view, the system can be used in different environments and flexibly deployed from high-precision assembly of small parts to picking from large pallets. A practical calibration function automatically aligns the robot and the 3D camera. This makes adjustment work much easier for users.
