The USB 3 industrial camera UI-3880SE with the 1/1.8" rolling shutter CMOS sensor Sony IMX178 offers a very high resolution of 6.41 MPix (3088 x 2076 px px), making it perfectly suited for visualization tasks in microscopy. It is also a cost-oriented option for Intelligent Traffic Surveillance (ITS). The BSI sensor from Sony's STARVIS series is one of the most light-sensitive sensors in our portfolio, providing excellent image quality even in low light conditions.
Combined with our USB 3 industrial cameras, the Sony IMX178 delivers frame rates of up to 58.0 fps at full resolution. This camera model will be supported beginning with IDS Software Suite 4.90.
Thanks to the 1/1.8" sensor size, a large selection of C-mount lenses is available for the USB camera model UI-3880SE. The UI-3880SE is available as monochrome or color version.
