The UI-3274LE USB 3 camera with Sony IMX265 area scan sensor represents a USB 3 camera with the best imaging sensor of the 3 MP pixel class. The 1/1.8" size of the global shutter CMOS sensor fits to a great range of lenses. The industrial camera delivers frame rates of up to 57 fps at full resolution (3.2 MP: 2056 x 1542 px), and 80 fps at Full HD resolution. Thus, the USB 3 camera is perfectly suitable for visualization tasks in machine vision applications or medical engineering.

The UI-3274LE USB 3 single-board camera with CS-mount lens holder is available as color or monochrome version.

Extension ring CS-mount to C-mountThe CS-mount version comes with an extension ring which enlarges the flange back distance by 5 mm. This allows use of C-mount lenses with the camera.

Biotechnology and life sciences

Image processing can be used, for example, to analyze living organisms and biological processes - from swarm behaviour to cell division.

Embedded systemes

Typical scenarios are the use in portable systems for quality control, in diagnostics, in scanners or drones.

Machine vision

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Mechanical engineering

From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.

Medical technology (and laboratory automation)

Image processing is indispensable in medical technology. For instance, IDS cameras provide data for diagnostic purposes in ophthalmology or dentistry.

Pharma and healthcare

By using cameras, it is possible to check e.g. whether packaging is correctly filled and printed or whether there are any impurities.

Small device construction

Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.

Traffic and transport (ITS)

Keeping an eye on everything - IDS cameras recognize vehicles, check the traffic flow or help with rail and road inspections.
