With the GV-54E0FA Rev.1.3, IDS expands the uEye FA portfolio with an industrial camera based on the 1/1.8" Rolling Shutter sensor IMX664 from the fourth generation of Sony's STARVIS 2 series. The camera combines a resolution of 4.15 MP (2704 x 1536 px px) with frame rates of up to 30.2 fps, enabling both highly detailed and fast image capture. The STARVIS 2 sensor delivers excellent image quality with extremely low noise and pronounced sensitivity in the near infrared (NIR) range. Clear HDR further extends the dynamic range, ensuring well balanced image data even in high contrast scenes. An integrated anti reflection coating also minimizes unwanted light artefacts and prevents flares, even under direct illumination.

Thanks to IP69K protection, the uEye FA is reliably sealed against dust, dirt and high pressure water. This makes it well suited for use in demanding industrial environments, such as factory automation. Optional accessories including lens tubes and drag chain rated cables further support safe and reliable long term operation.

Depending on application requirements, the industrial camera is available with either a color or monochrome sensor.
