The space-saving GigE Vision single-board camera GV-53D1LE Rev.2 with the Sony IMX900 Global Shutter sensor offers a powerful overall package for applications with limited installation space: high resolution packed into a compact, cost-efficient camera architecture - ideal for limited installation situations where image quality and precision must not be compromised. Thanks to the improved light angle independence, the image quality remains stable even with angled incident light. This opens up more flexibility in lens selection and allows the use of small, cost-efficient S-mount lenses in addition to C-mount lenses.
The miniature pixels (2.25 µm) of the compact (5.81 mm) yet powerful 1/3.1" sensor not only deliver detailed images (3.20 MP) in daylight, but also impress with their particularly high sensitivity in the near-infrared range (NIR) at 850 nanometers - perfect for scenarios with infrared lighting, such as in inspection, automated guided vehicles (AGV) or autonomous mobile robots (AMR).
The sensor's Global Shutter technology ensures capturing fast-moving objects without image distortion, which improves accuracy and efficiency in automated applications. The sensor is particularly sensitive to red light, enabling reliable detection in demanding tasks such as the precise reading of barcodes.
Thanks to its compact single-board design (only 45 x 45 mm), the camera can be integrated easily and in a space-saving manner. Power is supplied flexibly via a 10-pin I/O connection or a 2-pin terminal connector - perfect for use in embedded vision systems, OEM applications or customized device developments.
