Product Life Cycle Camera in series production. 🛈 Product Life Cycle Long-term availability is an important aspect when selecting the right industrial camera. Our camera finder gives you the life cycle of each camera model so that you can take this criterion into account in your camera selection. The following life cycle statuses are differed: In development The model is not yet in series production, but will be introduced shortly. In series Camera in series production. Not recommended for new designs The camera model is no longer recommended for new application development. We suggest looking for newer models of the "in series" availability. Discontinued The model has been discontinued. You have the opportunity to secure inventory before the end of the last-time-buy order period. See product discontinuations. The industrial camera GV-51F1SE Rev.4.2 features the 5.10 MPix Global Shutter sensor IMX547 from the Sony Pregius S series. As a fourth generation sensor (1/1.8", 2472 x 2064 px px), it not only possesses BSI (Backside Illumination) technology, but also a remarkably small pixel size of just 2.74 µm. This means that users benefit from exceptional pixel density and particularly good image quality - even in changing light conditions. In operation, the industrial camera delivers 24.0 fps. Thanks to these features and various housing versions - from board-level versions to completely closed - the industrial camera can be used for a wide range of tasks.

Thanks to its GigE Vision interface, the industrial camera is uncompromisingly standard-compliant and can therefore be used conveniently with our IDS peak SDK.

The uEye+ SE camera is available as a monochrome or color version.

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Mechanical engineering

From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.

Biotechnology and life sciences

Image processing can be used, for example, to analyze living organisms and biological processes - from swarm behaviour to cell division.

Electronics inspection

Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.

Small device construction

Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.

Process control

Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
