Monitoring tasks as an embedded system? This is where the GL-54J4SLE-MB from the uEye Live series comes into play. It is available in different housing variants and specially developed for tasks such as monitoring and streaming (via MJPEG, H264). Thanks to event recording in the camera memory it also facilitates the analysis of key situations.
The GL-54J4SLE-MB has a GigE interface. Inside, it not only features a special SoC from Ambarella, but also an 8.39 MP sensor from the Sony Starvis 2 series.
The IMX678 (1/1.8", pixel size 2.00 µm) ensures outstanding image quality and scores with a high dynamic range. This means that the camera can also be used in places that are difficult to see and where there is little ambient light.
The electrical wires for Ethernet and power supply are routed to a 20-pin ZIF connector to save space.
If required, add the optionally available daugtherboard with RJ45 network connector and two-pole terminal connector for the power supply, which is flexibly connected via a flex ribbon cable.
