Sony IMX900 global shutter sensor enhances monitoring and AI cameras
Compact, powerful, and ready for applications where detail and dynamics matter: We are integrating the Sony IMX900 color global shutter sensor into our uEye SCP monitoring cameras as well as the AI models IDS NXT malibu and IDS NXT oslo.
As part of Sony’s Pregius S series, the 3.2-megapixel sensor captures fast motion without distortion and consistently delivers excellent image sharpness, even under demanding conditions. Despite its small 1/3" sensor format, it impresses with high light sensitivity and stable image quality, even in challenging or oblique lighting situations.
Whether for process monitoring or AI-based image analysis, the new models ensure razor‑sharp and, reliable images wherever speed, precision, and a compact design are essential. Order our camera models with IMX 900 color from the end of March.
