New global shutter cameras with Sony Pregius IMX900

Does a small camera with a small sensor result in high resolution and high image quality? With our new models in the USB3 uEye XCP and XLS, as well as our GigE uEye LE families, this equation works perfectly. This is because we will soon integrate the Sony IMX900 sensor into our the compact low-cost cameras.

As part of the Sony Pregius S series, this global shutter sensor is highly sensitive to light despite its small sensor surface area. It delivers razor-sharp images - even during fast movements. Thanks to its exceptional sensitivity in the near-infrared and red spectral range, it can reliably and precisely –recognize fine details, such as barcodes, even in difficult lighting conditions.

Thanks to their small size, the new industrial cameras are also ideal for tight installation situations. The flexible lens selection supports C-mount and space-saving, cost-efficient S-mount lenses, providing additional adjustment options. They are perfect for anyone who wants to achieve great results in the smallest of spaces.
