IDS company restaurant “Maybach” ranks among Germany’s top 50

A key factor in the award was the holistic concept: The jury praised the “Maybach” as a truly passion-driven project that promotes and actively involves young talent. Our apprentices also took part in the application process and contributed their own video. “That makes me particularly proud,” says Managing Partner Jan Hartmann.

For us, the restaurant is way more than just a place to eat. It is an important meeting point in everyday work and a part of our corporate culture. Regional products, a mindful approach to food, and continuous development are integral elements.
