GigE Vision single-board camera with Sony Starvis 2 sensor
Popular GigE uEye LE with new design-to-cost concept is now GigE Vision compatible
The new GigE uEye+ LE hardware revision closes a gap for machine and device manufacturers with cost-optimized GigE Vision-compliant single-board cameras with modern sensor technology to enable competitive high-volume projects.
The newly designed lens holder construction now protects the entire electronics and provides a lightweight yet rigid mount for C- or S-mount lenses. It will also be available as a pure board camera without a lens mount, if you want to integrate your own optics.
The use of the compatible RJ45 interface board, which is connected to the baseboard variant via a small plug connector and a flexible cable, allows even more flexibility in customized housing concepts. This makes it easier to arrange sensor and connector components in the available packaging space.
We are launching the series with the well-known 1/3’ rolling shutter Sony IMX662 sensor with Starvis 2 technology, which now also delivers exceptional image quality with a particularly high dynamic range in the price-optimized network camera portfolio. The camera series will be constantly expanded with additional models and sensors.
