With our Ensenso B series, you now have the choice between 3D point clouds with native color information or with the absolute highest resolution of the finest details at close range.
The new Ensenso B ‘mono’ takes 3D data quality to the next level by using two high-resolution monochrome image sensors instead of RGB sensors. Although this means you lose the color information, the full 5 MP resolution of the two 2D monochrome sensors gives you impressively high spatial precision. The sharp depth of detail and accuracy open up new opportunities for demanding applications where absolute precision is essential.
For maximum sensitivity, i.e. for stereo images with high-contrast pattern projection, the integrated laser projector as with all other Ensenso models with mono image sensors operates with blue light. Otherwise, the new ‘Mono’ B-series model has the same advantages for high-quality 3D images at very short working distances from 20 cm as the RGB model.
