The 8.41 MPix U3-38J1XLS Rev.1.2 industrial camera (3864 x 2176 px px, pixel size 1.45 µm) delivers high-resolution data for detailed image evaluation. The rolling shutter sensor IMX415 from Sony enables 25.1 fps and, thanks to 4K resolution, can be used very versatilely - both in industrial environments and for non-industrial applications. You can choose between models without lens mount and with CS- or S-mount.

Furthermore, the USB3 vision board-level camera is characterised by its very compact design, making it particularly suitable for embedded applications.

Like all camera models in the uEye XLS family, the U3-38J1XLS Rev.1.2 is GenICam-compliant and therefore compatible with our state-of-the-art IDS peak software development kit.

Medical technology (and laboratory automation)

Image processing is indispensable in medical technology. For instance, IDS cameras provide data for diagnostic purposes in ophthalmology or dentistry.

Embedded systemes

Typical scenarios are the use in portable systems for quality control, in diagnostics, in scanners or drones.

Logistics

Cameras are indispensable in the logistics sector - e.g. for (de-)palletizing tasks, sorting tasks or in autonomous vehicles.

Robotics

With IDS cameras, robots learn to "see" - this enables applications such as bin picking or (de-)palletizing.
