Highlight: uEye+ Warp10 with TFL mount and onsemi XGS sensors up to 45 MP
Ultra-fast and ultra-high resolution: the next expansion stage of the uEye Warp10 has started
With the uEye+ Warp10 camera family, we are not only entering new spheres in terms of speed, but also in terms of resolution. Series production of new models with the onsemi global shutter sensors XGS20000 (20 MP, 1.3"), XGS30000 (30 MP, 1.5") and XGS45000 (45 MP, 2") will start in June.
With these enormously high resolutions, even the smallest details can be precisely captured - even in the case of large scenes. The image data is transmitted at top speed via the 10GigE interface, whereby accuracy and speed go hand in hand with these industrial cameras. They are used in panel inspection, for example.
These large-format sensors also require new optics. The models are therefore equipped with TFL mounts (M35x0.75). For secure mounting, the TFL lenses can be firmly screwed to the cameras. The flange focal length is standardized and, at 17.526 mm, the same as for the models with C-mount.
To ensure optimum image quality, we recommend the use of Active Heat Sinks in conjunction with the cameras. They can be mounted both on top of or underneath the cameras, reduce the operating temperature and are offered as optional accessories.
