Syntax
INT is_OvlSurfaceOffWhileMove (HIDS hf, BOOL boMode)
Description
In overlay surface mode is_OvlSurfaceOffWhileMove() switches off the overlay surface when the output window is moved, its size is changed, or when other applications are activated. While the overlay surface is switched off, the standard background color of the window is displayed.
